RDSB has successfully executed projects ranging from water treatment facilities, pumping stations, reservoirs, and tube well drilling, to distribution network integration, consistently meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.
By leveraging robust project management systems, RDSB has effectively coordinated consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities to maintain smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction. The company emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, covering planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, risk management, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
