Sean Tay
Managing Director
Sean is the Managing Director of Rintis Dinamik Sdn Bhd, bringing over 20 years of experience in the delivery of major water supply and power infrastructure projects, particularly within Sabah’s public utilities and essential services sectors. Since the company’s incorporation in 2005, he has led Rintis Dinamik in undertaking complex, high-value infrastructure works that are critical to economic development, public health, and rural connectivity.
His experience spans planning coordination, construction management, contract administration, and overall project governance for large-scale projects. In the water sector, Sean was directly involved in the delivery of the Telibong II Water Treatment Plant (RM396 million). In the power sector, he has led works on the 132kV Tenom–Nabawan Transmission Line (RM134 million). As Managing Director, Sean provides strategic leadership and governance oversight with a particular emphasis on financial discipline, contract compliance, and quality assurance.
Jason Tan
Project Director
Experience: Jason brings over 11 years of progressive construction project management experience in the power and water infrastructure sector. He joined Rintis Dinamik Sdn Bhd on 1 January 2025, where he oversees project execution, stakeholder coordination, and technical delivery standards.
His career has advanced from Project Coordinator (2014-2015) to Project Director (2020-2024). He is a specialist in power substations, transmission lines, PPU/PMU works, water supply systems, and tubewells, with a proven track record of leading projects ranging from RM3 million to RM96 million for federal and state government agencies.
Khoo Yen Ting
Operation Director
Khoo Yen Ting is an MBA-qualified, Certified ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and CQMS Lead Auditor with over 23 years of experience in enterprise quality governance, internal compliance auditing, procurement, and operational oversight. Her experience spans multinational manufacturing, higher education, and the construction industry.
She holds an MBA in Management from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia. As Operation Director, she brings a practical, ground-level perspective to compliance and procurement, working to establish effective audit systems and sustainable operational practices. She is recognised for her disciplined, structured, and hands-on leadership.
Anita Asun
Company Director
and Senior Account Executive with over 20 years of experience in audit and construction industry accounting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
She began her career with 6 years in an audit firm, gaining solid experience in statutory audit, financial reporting, and internal controls. She subsequently accumulated 14 years of experience in the construction sector, overseeing financial management, project accounting, cash flow planning, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
She provides strategic financial oversight while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and disciplined financial management aligned with the company’s operational objectives.
